Support

Parents and guardians can contact eu8929@gmail.com for help. Please include your app version, iPhone model, and a description of the issue. Do not send your child's practice number or other sensitive information.

Set or reset a number

On first launch, enter a practice number twice, review it, then save. To change it, open Parents & Privacy, solve the adult challenge, and choose Reset Passcode. Confirming the reset removes the saved number and starts setup again. The reset does not remove your Pro purchase.

Practice and play

Enter the saved number and tap ENTER. A correct answer opens a randomly generated pretend lunch menu. Choose foods, complete the practice order, and play Lunch Catch. CLEAR starts an entry over; DELETE removes its last digit. Menus, practice, and games work offline.

Optional Pro

Free practice, pretend lunch, and games remain free. A one-time non-consumable purchase unlocks guided Learn mode: follow the whole number, follow next-key hints, then try from memory. Pro is not a subscription. The purchase screen shows your local App Store price.

Purchases and Restore Purchases are in the protected Parents & Privacy area. Restoring requires an internet connection and the Apple Account used for the purchase. For billing or refund assistance, use Apple's purchase support.

Accessibility

The app supports VoiceOver and larger text. VoiceOver or Reduce Motion enables an untimed food-collection activity in place of timed catching.

Privacy Policy

Keypad Hero helps children practice a number chosen by a parent. The app stores that number in its own local storage to show learning hints and check practice answers.

No developer collection or tracking in the app

The app does not transmit your practice number, entries, food choices, or game scores. It has no developer accounts, ads, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs. The developer does not collect, sell, or share children's practice numbers. There is no developer-operated server or server account.

Apple purchases

Apple's StoreKit communicates with the App Store to load prices, process purchases, and verify or restore Pro access. The practice number is not sent with purchases. Apple manages payment and Apple Account information. The app receives transaction and entitlement information to enable Pro, without sending it to a developer-operated server.

Local storage and deletion

Practice entries, food choices, and game scores exist only for the session. Parents can remove the saved number through Reset Passcode in the protected parent area. Other preferences remain until the app is deleted. Offload App preserves app data. Resetting does not remove the Apple-managed Pro purchase.

Device backups managed by Apple or your computer may include local app data, and restoring a backup may restore it. Manage backups in the device or computer settings.

Children and parent controls

A parent chooses the practice number. Purchase, restore, and reset controls are protected by an adult challenge. The in-app privacy policy can be read without completing that challenge. The app does not request children's names, email addresses, birth dates, photos, or location.

Support messages and this website

If a parent emails support, we receive the email address and information voluntarily included in the message and use it to answer the request. Please do not include children's personal information. This support website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may process ordinary connection information such as IP addresses under GitHub's privacy statement. This page uses no added analytics, advertising, cookies, or forms.

Terms and important limitations

Keypad Hero is an independent practice app, not affiliated with a school. Food menus and orders are pretend; the app does not place real orders or make phone calls. Its cafeteria-style keypad is not a telephone keypad.

It is not a password manager. Do not enter banking PINs, device-unlock codes, or other security credentials. Practice does not guarantee memorization and should not be relied upon as an emergency service.

The app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Purchases are handled by Apple.
